Cancellation Policy
Effective April 1, 2018
We want to thank all of our clients for choosing Giovanni’s Media
Barber Shop as you have been instrumental in our growth. Each day, we
are reminded of what a privilege it is to serve the Delaware County
and surrounding communities and our clients grooming needs. We respect
and value your trust to schedule an appointment with us and want to
make sure we most respectfully and appropriately remain available for
your needs.
CANCELLATIONS
At Giovanni’s Media Barber Shop we understand that schedule conflicts
and last minute changes are necessary at times, we respectfully ask
for 24 hour’s notice for any cancellation request. Appointments
canceled within 4 hour of the scheduled time will result in a charge
of 50% of the original service fee to be charged at the time of your
next visit. The online booking service will allow you to cancel or
reschedule your appointments as necessary within a 24 hour time frame.
NO SHOWS
An appointment that is deemed a “No-Show” will be charged 100% of the
scheduled service fees to be paid during your next visit. If 3
appointments have been “No Showed” you will be unable to schedule any
future appointments ahead of time but we would welcome you as a walk
in guest at your convenience.
Our Barbershop team will provide courtesy text and email confirmation
24 hours in advance to ensure your appointment still fits within your
schedule. Ultimately, it remains our guest’s responsibility to keep
their appointment times and update us if there are schedule conflicts
or changes to your contact information on file.
LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure that we deliver the best possible service and customer
service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to
complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s)
insures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your
services. We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if
a client arrives more than 5 minutes late, and we reserve the right to
decline any service to a client who is 5 minutes late for their
scheduled appointment.
